By accessing or using the Synapse AI platform at synapserealtycloud.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including waitlist registrants, free tier users, and paying subscribers.
Synapse AI is a proprietary real estate investment intelligence platform operated by Synapse Realty Cloud Consulting Lda. The platform provides AI-generated investment briefs, financial analysis tools, and related consulting services for the US and Iberian real estate markets. The platform is currently in pre-launch phase with access limited to early access members.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@synapserealtycloud.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

The analyses, investment briefs, financial projections, cap rate estimates, cash flow models, deal scores, and any other data or outputs provided by Synapse AI are generated by artificial intelligence systems and are intended exclusively for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or real estate advice of any kind, and must not be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any asset or security.
All investment decisions are made solely at your own risk and discretion. Synapse Realty Cloud Consulting Lda expressly disclaims any responsibility for losses, damages, or adverse outcomes of any nature arising from decisions made on the basis of platform outputs.
All projections, valuations, rental estimates, and financial metrics generated by the platform are based on available data at the time of analysis and are inherently estimative. Actual results may differ materially from projected figures due to market conditions, property-specific factors, local regulations, financing terms, and other variables that cannot be fully anticipated or modelled by any automated system. Synapse AI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any output generated by the platform.
Synapse Realty Cloud Consulting Lda shall not be held liable for any inaccuracy, inadequacy, or failure of platform outputs resulting from events beyond reasonable foresight or control at the time of analysis, including but not limited to:
The occurrence of any such event after the date of an analysis does not create any liability for Synapse Realty Cloud Consulting Lda with respect to the accuracy or continued validity of that analysis.
Platform outputs do not account for future changes in macroeconomic conditions, monetary policy, interest rates, inflation, currency exchange rates, credit availability, or capital market dynamics that may occur after the date of analysis. Similarly, Synapse AI analyses do not anticipate future modifications to applicable legislation, zoning regulations, tax codes, rent control laws, building codes, environmental regulations, foreign investment restrictions, or any other regulatory framework that may materially affect the value, legality, or viability of a real estate investment.
Users are strongly advised to consult qualified legal, financial, and real estate professionals before making any investment decision, and to independently verify all data and projections provided by the platform against current market conditions and applicable regulations in their jurisdiction.
All content, design, code, AI models, and branding associated with Synapse AI are the exclusive property of Synapse Realty Cloud Consulting Lda. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or proprietary technology without prior written consent.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. All fees are stated in euros (EUR) for Iberian markets and US dollars (USD) for the US market. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synapse Realty Cloud Consulting Lda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
